Is Free really free?
Yes. RM0 a month with no end date, and we never ask for a card. You choose a password when you sign up and start straight away.
What happens when I reach a limit on Free?
Nothing is taken away. Your members keep their cards, points and rewards. New sign-ups pause at the member limit, and your WhatsApp messages start again the next month.
Can I move from Free to my own plan later?
Yes, from the Billing page inside Loyii. Pick what you want, see the price, and we switch you over. Your members, points and history come with you.
What does the “from” price cover?
Loyii for one outlet, with 5 staff accounts and no limit on members. WhatsApp, bookings and the other parts are priced on top, and you see every line before you apply.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get your own Loyii with everything you chose, WhatsApp included, and no card is needed. To keep your plan after the trial, ask for it in Billing and pay by bank transfer or DuitNow, monthly or yearly. Otherwise you continue on Free.
