- Is it stamps or points?
- Points, and a stamp card too if you want one. Customers earn points on what they spend, and you decide what each reward costs, for example a free coffee at 100 points. With the stamp card on, each visit also adds a stamp, and a full card gets the reward you chose.
- Can customers keep the card in Google Wallet?
- Yes, on Android. From their card page, members add it to Google Wallet in one tap. It shows your name, logo and colour, keeps their points and stamps up to date, and can come up on their phone when they are near your restaurant.
- What does a customer need to join?
- A phone with a camera. They scan your QR code, type their name and mobile number, and that is it. There is no app to download.
- Do I need new equipment at the counter?
- No. Loyii’s till screen runs on a phone, tablet or computer you already have.
- Does it work for more than one outlet?
- Yes. On your own plan, members and their points are shared across your outlets, and each outlet has its own staff accounts.
